LS7 cam in an LS1??

This may be a stupid question but Ive heard the LS7 cam will NOT work in an LS1???

In the middle of a 6.0 swap and trying to deceide on a cam and thought it wouold be cool to have a Sleeper...

WILL IT WORK??

no, an ls7 cam will not work in your motor.

LS7 is a GEN 4 engine........with a one bolt cam.......not a 3 bolt as on GEN 3 engines

thats odd. Aren't LS2's gen 4's that use 01 ZO6 cams?
