Sleeper go for TR224/224 @ 114

I have that with a set of heads and there are bolt on cars that sound more aggressive (although I have a quiet hooker catback). I recently dynod 405 as well.

Sleeper is more LSA like 115 or 116. Much smoother idle with imporvements throughout the entire powerband not just massive jumps in one area. The cheatr cam by thunderracing is a sleeper cam. High lift good duration and high lsa makes it a nice turbo cam/sleeper nitrous cam

If you do your research here, most people will tell you to do headers before a cam to get the maximum benefit from it. Without doing headers, you are leaving a lot of power on the table with any cam.

No reason to run headers if you don't want to. You just have to chose the cam completely differently. You have to be careful with too much overlap and too big of an intake event. The stock cams have big splits for a reason. A custom cam for manifolds will depend on your total mods and goals. Are you looking for low end power, high end power, better fuel economy, quiet valvetrain, or is it *****-out, but with manifolds. Tons of questions need to be asked before you can decide on what's best for you.
