I don't think it's the crank. I think it's something electrical that's throwing the engine off making it vibrate

Are you getting spark to all cylinders? Do you have access to a data logger of any kind? Pull the belt and grab ahold of your crank pulley and try moving it side to side/ back and forth. I had a SBC 350 that the crank broke on and the ******* car still ran. I mean I raced with it a few times. Dam thing broke at an angle across one of the mains, weird ****.

getting spark to all cylinders i checked that im gonna data log it this weekend. well i had a extra set of pushrods so i went ahead and changed them the heads were pretty clean it amazed me. still vibrates though. i was looking at my harmonic balancer a minute ago the one i replaced already underneath the car and it looks a lil wobbley from the top it looks good to go but from below it doesnt look so hot. if u look at the back of the pulley with the car on and watch the crankshaft u can see it running out. i never looked at the old one so iono if its gonna have some wobble. i tightened the hell out of the balancer too torqued it down
Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (Installation Pass-to Ensure the Balancer is Completely Installed) 240 lb ft
Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (First Pass-Install a NEW Bolt After the Installation Pass and Tighten as Described in the First and Final Passes) 37 lb ft
Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (Final Pass) 140 degrees

How dose the car run? I know some 10% e85 without that winter **** will make the car run funky. Also is the vibration at temp?
