torquer v.2 vs tsp 233/239
I'd say go with Torquer 2, that's what I'm going with this March.

I don't know? I made 441rwhp with the 233/239, a Fast 90/90 and PRC 5.3 2.5 in my 6 speed. Maybe the tuner was not that good, or remember a hot humid day will also affect HP readings.
One of my buddies made 447rwhp and he was running a LS6 intake, the same TSP 5.3 heads and a 233/239. Mostly all of the cars i have seen that have that cam make good power.
And about the sound..... (my frend added in the music) but here's the clip

Those are some good numbers though man, who tuned your car? I've been telling my buddy to get a mail order tune from TSP, I'm thinking that should bump up his HP because TSP knows their cams best.
my goat makes 420rwhp and 400rwtq. w/just pacesetter LT's,full magnaflow catback,no cats,LPE cai, and dynotune. stock heads/stock intake. car runs low 12's on stock shifter/clutch.
ran a best of 12.01 at 114mph twice. on slicks/skinnies.
the power seems to come on at around 3300rpm's or so and builds great till I hit the rev. limiter at around 6500rpm's. I can't wait to put a fast intake, and rework the heads....
Here is a vid. on how it sounds, this is right after I had the cam put in. and the next vid is me running a 440rwhp. 04' cobra on a diet. I did redlight so I got the loss. but I held him off and was pulling on the big end. damn nerves...lol

Another big question to me...couldn't you make the same power with the T2 if you just lowered the LSA? Maybe even comparable to the "el torro". Besides a choppier idle with a lower LSA, any other draw backs?

60ft's are in the 1.7 range. sidestepping the clutch at 4,000rpm's.
stock clutch,shifter,suspension.
I now have dragbags. and alittle more weight reduction. and added timing to the tune. Im almost pos. the car will hit 11.8's or .9's now and should trap around 117mph.
I'll post sound clips and a full review really soon for sure, just waiting a tune before I give it my final thoughts.
but hopefully it'll goin in next month with the new heads Its in the same range as what you're listing, power comes on at about 2500 in a stock bottom end LS1 and with my worked over 243's it hangs on til 6.9K. Sounds mean has awesome street manners, makes a **** ton of power....its the perfect all around cam for a street/strip vehicle IMO. I also use the car for auto X so its a good medium for that since I have power down low and I can hang onto the gear for quite a while....
Here is a vid. The car CAN hook but I was ******* around...just gives you an idea of how quick the power comes on...thats pretty much rolling into it off idle.

, but power up top too, my car made 390 at 5400 and peaked at 394 at 6800, but never dropped below 390 clear to 7100, so it makes top end too. i forget what it made in the lower rpms, like 2500 or 3, but i was reallly surprised
