just a ? i freind of mine has a 99 camaro stock ls1, he got a 236/238 112lsa on a 605 lift. he wants to put a set of afr 205 heads that are milled to 59cc will they work on this set up???????
my quess is it is going to be really tight, i am going to say flycut pistons is the only way...

That cam is in the realm of a G5X3 (234/242 112+4), which clears according to Louis at LG Motorsports: post
Because of the additional valve drop, you might be ok. You should still check PTV once you get it all mocked up, and avoid the temptation to run a thicker head gasket for clearance, it will invite detonation with the wider quench and high compression.
Also, look at posts that Chris made when he installed his cam. You can usually degree the cam a bit if you are on the border line and gain a few thousandths clearance.
