Default Low Voltage Error on 02 Sensors

I have an 98 LS1 in my hot rod, no catalytic converters, and running only one 02 sensor on each header. The engine is running rough and the error code is low voltage on both 02 sensors. I had 2 spare 02 sensors and installed them(they were used from the original car my engine was pulled from); the engine ran great for about 50 miles then starting running rough again and the code reader again is showing the low voltage error on both 02 sensors. I cleaned my MAF with the right cleaner-no change, changed spark plugs-no change, changed TPS sensor-no change.

Can someone tell me what is wrong? Thanks. I find it hard to believe both 02 sensors have gone bad. Could it be something else. How can I find out?

You are going to have to find out the voltage path to and from the o2's and test any ground(s) or other sensors on the same circuit. Get a hold of a wiring schematic and track it down diligently. Electrical problems suck, good luck man.
