Get some headers and a intake manifold before you start to choose a cam.

What are you planning on doing with the car? Is this for the TA in your sig? What supporting mods? What are your goals for the cam swap in terms of power, driveability, sound, etc? Let us know some more info and we'll be able to make a much better decision on what would be the "best" cam for you

Bizzles look to a converter first if your thinking about anything bigger than a 224R camshaft. Personally with stock gearing & a verter size similar to what your thinking about buying the 228R or Torquer 3 would both be great options for your car. Give us a call sometime your free & we can send you over engine dyno testing we've done back to back with most of the popluar TSP camshafts!!

RyanDo you currently have any headers on your car?

Sorry to hear! I'd get some lt's and a ls6 intake with the TSP228R cam and you'll have your goal of high 300 low 400 hp.
