not killer by any means and you would have to mill for any type of performance other than boost. Doesn't say anywhere about a thicker deck like aftermarket heads.

Needs
LS3/L92 intake
LS3/L92 intake rockers
Find a fix for your injector/intake problem (many different ways to get it to work)

Might as well just get some TFS/AFR heads at that price level.
