Default 224/110 cam is in and running...

WOW, this thing is a TQ monster all the way to 6k and still pulling, havnt taken it past 6k yet, still breaking her in and seating the rings, idles like a prostock car, its hard to tune for throttle return but hopefully that will be fix with a little dyno tuning, its fast reving, power everywhere and i just love this cam. all tho id have to say its not for an A4 car unles you can stand the idle issues, ( i have an A4 with a 3600stall) but in a M6 it would rule on the street. mods as of now are
ported 5.3 heads milled .015 2.00/1.56 stainles valves
stock bottom end
224/.570 110lsa 106icl
tuning by raging motorsports(good job guys)
ls6 intake(2001)
long tubes/ true duals w/borla xr1s (going back to hooker catback soon)
3.73s and a MW3600 2.37
lots of other little stuff
hopefully i can have a sound clip soon if someone can host it...

ohh a 110 in an auto I bet that thing sounds sick. we gotta hear it, and when you do let it idle for a while, not this 10 seconds then revving it. for a sound clip revving it sounds horrible....

What were the dyno numbers and do you have a graph? I want to see the power curve

what were your dyno numbers after tuning? Where did you peak? I bet it peaks pretty low with 110LSA and 4 degrees advance...

Lets hear a clip and see some dyno results. Are you still having drivability with the cam after the tune? I was looking to go 110lsa with a tune but if still a problem in an A4 I will pass.

it peaks around 62-6300
ill post a graph as soon as i get it dyno tuned.
i have the vid just gotta find someone that can put it on a computer but ill def. get it up and posted.the drivability is great like i said the only problem now is the idle/throttle return. i dont know about the stock converter, i think my stall is accually helping the idle a bit, id recomend this cam to any M6 but only the hard core A4 folks who arent afraid to tune and have a thumpin' idle, my radio is almost usless now (dont know if thats a good thing, lol)

I bet it peaks at 6000, maybe with the heads a bit later, 6200 max. Guy round here peaks at 5900-6000 with that cam

you should be able to drill the tb hole in 1/64 increments to increase air in.
