Default Low dollar heads/cam Dyno results

I finally got around to getting my car on the dyno yesterday. I told myself I would be thrilled if the car actually put 420 to the ground considering how little I have invested in this heads/cam setup ($1200 total) The car hit the 420 mark and then some

car info:
01' Formula
every bolt on
stage 1 heads (ported by Lump)
Stock valves
comp cam 228/232 588/595 112 lobe

These numbers were through a Denny's steel driveshaft, 12 bolt with 4.11's and on ET streets with 12 psi in them (couldn't find an air chuck to air them up )

I Should have some dyno #'s with my NXL kit Fairly soon as well

Those are good results!!! I put a 228/232 XE-R in a car 3 months ago, but have yet to dyno it, looks like it should do well!

Well I also had to Pressure wash David Nicken's (Nickens Brothers Racing) Deck at his lakehouse. The deal was, I pressure wash the deck, they get my heads ported and give me the parts at their cost.

Yea he did here are the numbers:

Lift Int. Exh.
.300 - 189 - 142
.400 - 225 - 175
.500 - 275 - 203
.600 - 300 - 225
.700 - 308 - 231

The low lift numbers weren't as high as I was wanting but considering these are just a stage I port with stock valves and very cheap I can't complain too much.

I guess the fresh intake seems to be working!

Very impressive numbers!

Let me know how the NXL does...Still waiting on Raegan's (Shipping to Hawaii sucks!)

It definatly seems to be working out now I sent you an e-mail. Im not sure who you ordered your NXL from but if it wasn't Nitro Dave you might want to consider giving him a call. I know other sponsors have claimed they have them but, well I am proof that Nitro Dave actually got the first batch of them because I definatly haven't heard of anyone else having the kit.
