Default Which Heads?

Im having trouble choosing between stage 3 livernois heads and Trickflows. I have the money for the trickflows but dont know if its worth wasting an extra 600 dollars. My car is going to be a stalled automatic N/A car for the street/strip set-up with a 228 to 230 duration cam. Is it worth the thicker deck and all, I mean Im not going to be adding nitrous or any other FI? Ive seen stalled automatics put down almost the same numbers as the aftermarket heads.

I say afr 205's that Tony has touched (custom porting to unshroud the valves). We call that Mammofication brother. Its a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Tony really is a master at making power with AFR 205's. I reused my afr 205's from my 346 that made 490/445 @ wheels, on my 402 they made 511/500 @ wheels. (Same h/c and all boltons from 346 were re used on the new 402) Sorry just a little biased towards AFR's. Not saying Trickflows aren't great, because they are great, but you need different rockers from what I am told, and to me thats just extra money that could've been spent on the Afr 205's and Tony's magic.

Hard to argue with the results whatever the price. And these are 205 heads? Nice.

Yup untouched other then being milled to roughly 58cc's. If I had the cash to have had Tony Mamo open up the bore to 4.00 and unshroud the valves I probably would've made another 10+ rwhp. Not bad for a 205 intake runner.
