What is the smallest cam you have seen make 500 rwhp on a n/a 346 and wich heads where on it?

Very few get to the official 500 rwhp mark. It will not be a small cam either..and almost every mod - very optimized combo!

How old are you guys?Did you even read the post.I SAID WHAT IS THE SMALLEST THAT YOU HAVE SEEN MAKE THAT KIND OF POWER!It could be a 260/265 if everyone elses cam was bigger then hey the 260/265 would be the smallest youve seen. I never said you could make 500 with a small cam I said what is the smallest you have seen . SORRY I guess that was too much to ask.Maybe some one who has some experience will chime in.

Not quite 500. 481 if I remember right? And thats the cam and combo I am going with!!!! There are a few guys making 500RWHP with 346, Check out Pat-G sig.

to get there even with the right cam, you could not over look anything!!! i dont recall the specs but pat g's car

This is no such thing as a "small cam" making "500 rwhp". The 500rwhp cars are few and far between, and they sure as hell aren't running small cams.

Again the OP never said a "small cam" he said the smallest cam seen that is a big difference!!

I can't say the camshaft in my 346 cid na pump gas is "small", but far from huge and it produces 511rwhp:
