Default Piston Ringland Compression height for Nitrous?

When looking at stroker kits Im curious as to what is a acceptable ring setup for nitrous. Im not having luck with searching on ringland compression height.

The kits Im looking at show

1.115--- 1/16, 3/16 Rings
1.105 ---1.5, 3mm Rings

The application Im looking into is a 408 LQ9 stroker. Is the bigger the number better? Im in need of some education on this.

1.5mm is .060" 1/16 is .062. Not much difference between those two packages in terms of available land thickness.

Different piston makers exploit the available ring land thickness for a given compression height in different ways. some maximize the top at the expense of the 2nd. You'll have to give them a call to compare.
