so i was just thinkin i planned on getting the tsp 2.5 5.3 heads with the ms3 on 111lsa ...... maybe later some yella terra rockers, im just wondering what should i set my limiter at the cam doesnt make power untill 6400 rpms, i was think about settin it at 6800 rpms hopefully shifting at 6700. will that befine the car does alot of drag racing high way pulls (for hondas) its also seein about 150 miles a week come summer
like ive said many times before on here its all a game of chance. when i first got the car i stretched a rod bolt and spun a bearing just passing a dude on the highway. now since the rebuild i hit the 7k mark all the time and no problems

I'm rebuilding my engine because I spun a bearing, possibly stretched a rod bolt. 6600 RPM on a regular basis with a 153K shortblock. I wouldn't chance it with a '98 engine.
When I first started running my car i was shifting at 6500 and having to go into OD before i hit the trap. I raised my shift point to 7300 and now i go through in drive and I picked up 3 tenths by doing so. I have the Katech rod bolts with the supporting valve train.
when i first got the car i was scared to rev to 6000..after hearing from everyone u can spin them to 7 i went to my tuner and got a dyno tune and he changed it to 6600 and i dont feel worried about anything
