I think at only 300cid and making 500+rwhp those heads are not to bad.

I spoke with Mike Tymensky last year at the NMRA spring nats. in Bradenton. I asked him how much he was putting down and he just smiled and said more than 500 and less than 1000. I could have been a dick and said any 347 STROKER vs my STOCK cubed 346. I wouldnt even waste my time saying any 347 stroker vs my LS1 stroker. No contest in that case. So ya I said I would race any 347 with full interior, basically a complete daily driver, I still have AC, lets put it that way. I never said Mike Dez and his car like orange crush was saying, but I know hes just bustin on me anyway. Mike could beat me with a shitty tuned 347 on his driving skills alone. Enough with this, Im bored of it

5-liter-eater, in the first paragraph you said you would race ANY N/A 347. Then you go on and back track by saying that it has to have full interior, pump gas, etc. Well which is it, any 347 or not? Just because you think your car is fast does not make it the fastest.

The "Mail order monster" from TEA put out over 600fwhp, should be able to do as good or better than this 500rwhp modular.

Just think if they put a more capable head on this little pony.

I here ya brother!

Jeff has 2 other local guys that are running his heads, one with ported LS1's and the other a set of LS6's!

I'm not sure of anyones cam specs, but the one guy with LS1 heads has already made 407 hp first dyno pull, and still had yet to do the TB, or tuned it properly with LS1 Edit!

I see betwen 425 and 450 horsepower as a final outcome for both of these guys!

Good luck and no thoughts of suicide!

Ya I have alot more done to my motor then those guys, I have every single bolt on, no cats, its an LS6 block thats been blue printed balanced with JE forged pistons with 3.905 bore, jesels, comp lifters, etc etc. Playing around with the LS6 intake as well. The ls6 headed car is gonna pull big numbers, hes got some good money it in already. Close to me actually. I'm on the East Coast - though I don't street race, nor do I have 347 cid (281). However, if your car has 400 RWHP (SAE) or less (don't care what it does to achieve that number), and is a stick, I'll run you at the track. With the exception of the back seat, my car is full interior, working A/C, working power steering (no short belt), not gutted, etc, etc.

High stall-equipped stab-n-steer cars need not apply.
