What are your goals and list of mods, cam etc...

I hot my 220cc As-Cast TFS heads from Vengeance milled to 60cc's with the upgraded springs (good for .650 lift for 1700.00 can't beat them!!
TFS heads have their own CAST and have a different valve angle (13*).
I made 457hp @ 6400 and 406ft lbs at 4300 and stayed flat til the end of the run on a Mustang Dyno, with the heads and a VRX5 cam and mods in my SIG.
TFS gets my vote!
Just my .02 cents though.

This is likely the most sensible and realistic reply to this repetitive question. I run Patriots and really like them and have had zero problems, however, that point of "should I have gone AFR at the start?" is approaching. I can still sell the Patriots and they have, and still are, serving me well.

Well here is my thoughts. Bang for the buck, patriots have done me very very well. I bought the stage 1 stock valves, milled to 60cc. I have stock GM MLS gaskets, and a torquer II cam, not huge by any means. I went to the track the other day, raceweight of about 3300 lbs. I ran 11.13 @124.6 1.62 60' on a soft 5k launch (yes 6speed car, usually 6500rpm and I Have 60'd 1.54) Then I blew the rear.

With that being said, my heads were like $1100, and the whole cam and everything else for it came to a total of 900. For 2 grand Im running pretty good IM0.

FWIW, I went 11.36 through the same setup, but with an ls6 intake, I now have a fast 92.

I also dont have the best headers, nor an electric waterpump, and im going through a small SLP lid, the car has 10's in it easily, N/A On a budget head. It also made 418 RWHP 381 RWTQ on a mustang dyno through the ls6, pre fast 92...
