I have a buddy who DD a 02 Z06 with that cam, it isn't that bad but you definitely know that he has a big cam in it. That is in a lighter car, but stock gearing (whatever that is). It is a little bit harder to DD than my other buddy's 02 z28 with a ms4 and 4.11's.

I attached his graph, very good power.

You don't need to know the specs per say. LG Motorsports did a ton of R&D and testing isn't cheap. So sure just give away all there info so someone else (not mentioning any names but there name has come up) can just copy and reproduce. Lous smarter then that. The cam works, you buy it, you get what is needed to run it safely, and thats it. What do you need to know the specs for ?? I don't know the exact specs on my cam (G6X3)

Kinda makes me want to not buy it. But i totally agree. LOTS of R&D. And I always hear good feedback.

Thumbs up

The x4 is on a 4 degree split . The x4 intake lobe is 6degrees larger in duration , exhaust is 2degrees larger duration than the x3 .
There on the same cam lobes but the x4 has a tighter lobe center angle and advanced 1 degree less than the x3 cam .

They have been out a while and I have read LG developed them and they are the X-ER comp lobes. They stay proprietary to LG for a year and then Comp can sell them. I may be wrong but I am sure somebody on here knows and will correct if I am wrong....

Of couse the above doesn't tell duration specs etc...but they have been cam doctored and are availible if you look hard enough...

LG builds some wicked $h!t I know that.......

I would like to buy a lg cam, but its a shame they dont give specs. I had the g5x2 in my ta years ago and made good power, but not mind blowing,BUT i had a cam card. I think that is completly rediculas to not send a cam card with the cam.lol. Oh well

I really think the x4 would work for me, but............................

I ran the X3 for about 6 years and stepped up to an X4 last year. Results are in sig I absolutley love these camshafts. LG provided me with all the information I needed in regards to PTV clearances what more do you need to know? They made checking proper PTV clearance as black and white as it can get and in reality the cams work so the specs really dont mean all that much. If you need to know lifts to be sure your components are up to the task (springs, rockers etc) call them and tell them what you need to know the tech dept there is really good.
