F-13 cam problems? Maybe?
Ok guys, I put this cam in my 02 auto Z-28. The car has stock heads, Long tubes, Ls6 intake(Of Corse), Super Yank 3500, 3.42's. And a tune by a very reputable shop. The car ran a 13.1 at a 106 with a 1.8 60'. I have nothing wrong with my valve train already checked that. I am thinking the cam is not ground right. The cam is used but looks fine with no lobes worn or pitted. Any ideas other than that? The MPH is not there?

I agree something is not right. Post up the dyno results and if possiible the AFR during those runs. Do you know how much timing your tuner set it to? What pushrods did you use, what springs did you use? We need all the specs from your setup to help you out. Also, what were the weather conditions when you made that pass?
Just for referrence I am trapping 115 mph full weight with a similar 60', but on a smaller stall (3000).

The cam says f13 etched in the end of the cam. The car has new 918's springs with stock length pushrods. I am absolutely sure the tune is good. The car has never been on a dyno. I'm going to get something different and send this "f13" off to cam doctors and have it speced out to see what's up with it.

I would hook the car up to a wideband and check the a/f ratio. Or have someone else look at the tune.
FYI: I ran dual Manley springs and stock length hardened pushrods with mine.
