Hey fella's I'm going to buy the cam I have for the second time but I'm getting it on a 118lsa instead of a 116lsa so how much will I lose doing this and will I still have to tune the car to use it?
cam info 218 224/550 550/116 -old cam
218 224/550 550/118 -new cam

Not worth the swap at ALL. If you don't have cats that's where the smell is coming from. And that mild of a cam should be a piece of cake to tune and should sound about like stock on a OEM exhaust. You just NEED a good tune. How far is Thunder Racing from you. Or... Alvin at PCMforless would give you a very good mail order tune.. Tick on here can hook you up with Alvin...
