something you should have known prior to trearing it down

and then another issue ur having with the car who knows if you ever fixed this issue??

The tune doesn't have anything glaringly obvious that could have caused catastrophic failure. But, the failure of a piston IS the most likely cause of the excessive crank case pressure. AND, the most likely cause of the broken piston is detonation. AND, the most likely cause of detonation is a lean condition and/or excessive timing, and/or a combination of both.
If it is indeed a piston failure, it had to be caused by either a tuning issue, or a piece/part of something that ran through the engine. It's awfully hard to say before taking it apart.
Unfortunately, sometimes crap like this happens.
I understand you wanting to defend your tuning ability. But, it seems really "coincendental " that you work on the car and re-tune it, and the first time the car would probably go in PE the motor "pops". Hmmmmmm
Now, it could be that something broke on its own, or it could be that it was just time for something to go out. But, the first rule of troubleshooting is to look at what last changed, and go from there.
While you were working on this car, did you pull the injectors. Is there any possibilty that you got the injectors swapped around or the wiring to an injector.
Were you logging A/F on the car? Do you know what the A/F was at the time of the issue?
It may not be the tune, you might have sucks a nut or a small screw into the motor also. You could kill a piston, crack the liner, etc... Really you need to pull the motor down and see what is going on. You can't fix it in the car more than likely. So, your options would be to see if you could find a replacement engine cheap, or fix that one if its salvageable.
If a piston is hurt, or there is any gouging in the cylinder wall you need to ensure the liner in the old motor is ok before you spend any time on it. Otherwise it may be a junk block.
Also, don't get so defensive when folks suggest the tune might be to blame. Its certainly the first place to look when you pop a motor and it looks like it went lean to do that...
Goood luck.
Btw, the word "hella" makes you come off as some sort of F&F ricer...
