If you are only looking for 420RWHP You can get to that without heads.
I just put down 402 and 424 cutout closed and open with an ISKY 233/236 114LSA. I will get the graph. I can tell you the exhaust will make a big difference in the sound.
I was still making power at the stock rev limiter and bumped it up. Hopefully soon I will be posting a Comp vs. Isky thread/Video they make just as much power.

Not to get on a tangent, but you type of exhaust were your running that you last that much power without the cutout???
I am running the 231/237 tsp cam. Granted this will be different because I run an A4 car, but I lost a lot of bottom end. I have remedied the issue with a high stall converter. I would think in a M6 car that a cam in that range would be GREAT. Puts out a lot of power, idles well with a tune, and pulls hard to the 6500-7000 range!
