Default Base Cam numbers, need help figuring this out!

So I'm demodding a car today, and after removing the cam and whatnot, I took note of the numbers engraved on the end, they read as:

3725R/3635R
HR116 +4
T1954-06

Not sure if it's a comp or not, I've seen comps etched like this and it sounds familiar, but I cant for the life of me find any reference to it. Any help is appreciated!

Are you sure it's not 3725r/3653r? According to Comp's master lobe chart 3635 is a Ford lobe. If it is 3725/3653 then the specs are: 230/240 .592/.588 116LSA +4.
