i want this cam all bad but dont wanna have my valves hitting the pistons...idk i will prolly just do a ms4

608/614 lift here.using stock 98 heads with a minor bowl cleaned up and milled 3 thousanth.rev limiter@7200.no p/v problems here.

by buddie has stock 98 heads with a trx and after we took the heads off the pistons had marks from the valves hitting. if i get AFRs would that help

couldnt tell you.heads never came off yet.ever since our track closed 3yrs ago it never rev @7k anymore.

We installed over 20 Trex and MS4 and never had any PTV problems with any of them with stock heads.

a friend of mine has the t-rex....98 i beleive the heads are the 8.. casting heads (dont know if that matters) stock and he didnt have a problem at all...when we pulled his heads the only valves touched where the ones where he spun bearings

and he made 403hp and dont remember the torque...on ls6intake..1 3/4 pacesetters. and a tune and the dyno was junk so...it makes good power and he daily drove it

thats decent. im gannaend up getting a trex, i just recently got 3 tickets in 2 months so im gannabe paying some fines. after i get it all settled i will end up getting one.
