Never seen that flycutting tool, very neat idea! Looks like the install is going well, get some numbers!

I know the EWP would be worth a little power and fuel economy but with how little I drive this I don't really care about the fuel economy and I can't justify $600+ for a few HP right now. The next mod on my list will be whatever proven intake is out in a year or so whenever I'm wanting more whether that's a used 90/92 or something else.

It's made by Lindy Tool - not sure if they're a vendor or not but it's very affordable and they'll rent it out if you want (that's what I'm doing). The only crappy part is that the rental cost is 1/2 the cost of buying it outright but I will hopefully never flycut again so rental is the way to go!

I sent you a very informative PM bro, but when I sent it I got the "this members PM box is full an unable to accept" Can't remeber what is was about. Oh well, I'll go see what you sent me and try to recall my thoughts. You got room in your pm box ?

I like the way you state your thoughts. Sounds like words from a man, vs a boy. Well said brother.

First real driving done today once I got it tuned by a local guy that does a bunch of LSx tuning. This thing's got some torque around 4500 and screams up to redline

Thanks guys, I plan on hitting the dyno on 7/18 so it'll be a couple weeks. My butt dyno says it's a big improvement. I can't wait to see what this thing traps with how light it is. I'm definitely picking up new rear tires before I hit the track though. Just haven't decided on Mickey's or 555R's to keep on full time. My clutch is going to hate me regardless.

That's a stout bitch! Didi they do any street tuning or all dyno? How's the throttle response and pull off-idle? I bet it feels ******' awesome in that car! Might be time for a brake pad upgrade so you don't squirt your drawers...

Thanks, the tuning was all on the street with a wideband in open loop speed density with a local F-bod tuner using HPTuners. I then traveled out of town a little bit to this dyno shop I've used several times over the years just for the dyno pulls (no tuning done there). Throttle response seems good and pull off-idle is pretty good too. Now it just plain rips from 3500 up to fuel cutout at 6800. Based off the graphs I should probably shift this thing at like 7K+ but I really don't want to upgrade rod bolts.

From my internet racing experiencing that doesn't seem the norm. I think if it was more people would get AFR heads, myself included, and this is without a FAST.

I know I am going to get flamed for this.
