Scoggin Dickey Valve Spring Kit , Who makes it ?? The scoggin dickey valve springs and titanium retainer kit seems to be a really good deal . Who makes these . . . comp , manley ?? Anybody run these and will these work with 581 581 lift ( stealth II ) ?? There rated to .600 but now adays that doesnt seem to mean much
