Correct. There are guys out there that have Bank 1 with 799 and Bank 2 with 243 on their LS6/2's! But yes, the LS2 uses both 799 and 243 and is indeed a 6.0. Mostly 243's. My TBSS has 243's on both banks.

That is correct. The 2002/2004 LS6 243 heads came with the yellow valve springs rated at .570 lift. The lighter sodium filled and hollow valves in the 02/04 243's do not make for much of a HP gain, but they do provide additional valvetrain stability at higher rpm's...that was really the whole intent of the lighter valves for the LS6.

Not all the LS6 243s had yellow springs.

"WRONG" Which corvette 2002/2004 LS6 243 heads with the hollow and sodium filled valves didn't have the yellow spring??? The blue valve springs are rated at .540 lift and are for the LS6 .525 lift cam...not the 405 hp .550 lift 2002/2004 corvettes.

The LS6 cam is 204/218 @ .050 .550lift w/ 117.5-LSA and the stock GTO cam is 196/207 @ .050, .479/.467 lift w/ 116 LSA If I remember right but then again I could be wrong. Its been a few years
edit: I think they went to the ls6 cam in 06 after the Z went with the 427.
