Easiest way to 450 hp NA?
Rear wheel hp or flywheel? Bolt ons + 100 shot of nitrous should get you there, easy too. Even easier would be stock LS1 + 150 shot, thats about as easy as it gets.

Verdad Gallardo Lots of answers here but we need to know your budget. Heads can cost anywhere from $1000 to $2300. Cams are always around $400 and then the bolt-ons are significant too - an LS6 intake manifold is about $350 whereas a 90 or 92mm intake/throttlebody combo is going to run about $900-$1000 buying used parts.
TEA ported LS6 heads have always shown great numbers or Cartek, WCCH.
For a 346 you can do all you need with ported 243 (LS6) castings
Cam 230ish range .600"+ lift on a 110-112 LSA
I went with $180 stainless steel ebay headers but if you feel like spending $600+ buy Kooks or ARH with off road or catted y pipe.
3.5-4" exhaust cutout if you want to keep the stock muffler.
SLP Lid with LS6 intake and ported throttle body.
ASP or Powerbond underdrive pulley
30lb SVO red top injectors
Obviously a new clutch
That should be real close to 450rwhp.
