take the lift and of a given cam. Divide it by 1.7 that will give you the lift at the cam with the stock 1.7 rockers. Take that value and multiply by 1.85 and you get the lift with 1.85.
Since you are taking duration at .050 to look at the "cam spec" if you divide .050 by 1.85, an then multiply that by 1.7 you will see you only have to be at the equivilant of about .045 lift with the 1.7 rocker to get duration at .050 for the 1.85. So, with a 1.85 you get to .050 "sonner".
Bottom line is that a 1.85 adds about 2 degrees of duration, and a ton of gross lift. You are almost equivilant to a LPE GT2-3.
