Damn! 67SS509...
I would NEVER suspect that truck of yours to run like it did against that 'Vette or that Lightning! Impressive, I must say...
You said in a few post ago, that you are running a stock LS2 with just a cam and milled heads? Niiiice!
I hope to have my truck run like that.
Now we need video of your truck against that white one with the hellacious sounding cam that posted earlier in this thread....yeaaah buddy!

That truck sounds amazing...How much PTV clearance did you have with those heads milled that much on those flat tops with 6 degrees advance?

Well over .100", put clay on piston and it was so thick I didn't even bother to measure it.

well guys I guess I've been asleep somewhere. The white truck is mine, btw james is great at what he does. That thing sounds awsome. Mine just doesn't have that racecar reving sound yet. I'm still trying to get some tuning issues straight. When I do I'll post some new vids.
Thanks for postin Matt

You think a 3000 stall with that cam would perform well, or should I just stick with a 3500? Not gonna be a daily, just a weekender.

I would say 3500 stall is a minimum for that cam. The smaller thumpr cam is suppose to work with a stock or small stall.

I'm running a Yank 3600 in mine. Motor has plenty of bottom end power! A 3000 would work well also.

I'm thinking seriously about taking it to the LSX shootout and running it in the 12.00 index True Street class. And do it on street tires

Get some more vids! Easy driving, couple easy driveby's, full throttle drivebys.... That cam sounds like sex, and performs well obviously.

When are you going to FayettNAM track again? Sounds awsome and runs like it sounds. I almost bought a thumpr cam for my G8 but worried about tuning it with the HP Tuner....maybe I need to reconsider. Ended up with a custom Lunati cam that I am running/tuning at Fayetteville Sunday T-n-T. What rockers are you running with the cam?
