I also noticed from a previous thread you will be running your stock gears which are either 2.73 or 3.23's. I don't wanna sound like I am hating or anything but you are in trouble if you don't have gears buddy. Your stall is great for that cam however but you are going to need at least 4.10's to get that thing moving right.

The gears/rear end are next after the engine gets built and after I get comfortable with the power..ive never driven a 500+ hp car so im going to have to baby it around until I at least get some tires.

The sig was correct until I got the cam in today..didnt realize he added 2 degrees to the exhaust duration..he did that so we could advance the timing a tad bit more for when I go to put nitrous on it.

the lift shown on the card is with the 1.85's. Look at the lobe lift, .360, and .356, then take that by 1.85 and you get the lift shown.

still high, but not crazy. What valve springs are you going to run?

FINALLY someone noticed!!!

The springs are patriot golds, dual springs, we have checked out seat and spring pressure and everything checked out okay.

Just curious! Why did you go with 1.85 rockers? Considering that the rockers and cam were purchased at the same time, the high lift could have been produced in the cam grind using 1.7 rockers for better valve train stability at higher RPM's using fast lobes (ramp speeds).

I hope you are using Comp-R or Schubeck lifters and about 230-250 on the seat... OR titanium valves...

Shane

Edit: Just saw the Morels. That will work too... Patriot's aren't gonna do it though.
