I have the TR224/114 cam which pulls a little higher than the 112 cam. I have my shift light set at 6400 and rev limiter at 6800.

Best pass with cam, bolt-on's, stock heads and ET Streets is 11.84 @ 115 on a 1.69 60'.

From my understanding when you get a 112 LSA cam it just pushes the torque band up higher why would you think a 114 LSA cam would pull higher?

No, the HP / TQ peak is higher up (about 200 rpm's) in the power band on the 114 cam.
