Thumbs up Got my Patriot heads with the bling springs! pics

Just got back from Patriot. Thanks for staying late and waiting on me Terry. I am replacing my first set of LS6 style heads with the latest version that has the dual quench chamber and smoother exhaust porting on them. But the coolest thing on the new heads have to be the GOLD valvesprings! These are the new patriot stock dia duals with patriot's Ti retainers. They are micropolished and have an amazing smooth gold finish on them.. very bling bling I snapped a few pics of the heads with the springs on them when I got them home.. I spend all my money on car parts, so forgive the crappy digital camera pics.

I've got a 4 mega pixel Olympus camera. You ship the heads to me and I'll be glad to take pictures of them. I can even photograph a step by step install

What cam are you running? I'm looking at the PP5.3 stage IIs, but theres a little voice on my shoulder that keeps whispering "get the LS6 heads..."

I'm just a poor white boy that spends all his money on car parts You ever head of "post it notes"? I invented those.. yeah, that's right.

Truthfully though, I am an electrical project engineer for a company that makes brake controllers that you use in your tow vehicle to activate the brakes on your pull behind trailer.

Nice setup,

I am considering the exact same setup for my 68 ls1 camaro project!

Your numbers really impressed me, I'm hoping to make similar numbers, I just got off the phone with Terry today, he's definitely a cool guy!

How do you like that cam? What does it idle at? Is it extremely lumpy or is it daily driveable?

Thanks!

EDIT: What is your max recommended rpm with that setup?

They look good but, make sure you check all the bolts again. I see you were drinking while installing them.
