Default valve train noise so loud i am scared to drive the car

hello guys, i have a serious problem that i am trying to solve. i have a tsp 231/237 cam in the car with tsp 5.3 2.5 heads. i never had this problem before but now i have put the fast 90 on the car and lost bottom end and i sent the heads off to get port match to the intake i dont know if this is pushrods or rockers but nothing is loose. here is a video please some one help me. i have 7.350 pushrods also maybe they are to short or too long idk. i know someone have heard this before

Go through the sequence of exactly when you did what and when the noise started. The vid has poor sound quality so I hesitate to say this but sounds more like a spun bearing than VT noise to me. You really can't tell squat from the vid though so......

the sound is comming from valve covers not the block

Get a gauge on it first . The valve train might not be getting oil .
