on a complete rotating assembly, (pistons, rods, crank, ect..), forged everything, I need my block w/ the new rotating assembly fully balanced, there is nobody here that could do it or that I would let do it, so it'd have to be shipped to the main land, should I send out my block or just get a new one, and who would be the highest reccomended?, I do have a budget and a time frame, so I cant be waiting 2 months, 1 month tops, otherwise no balanceing for me.........., lemme know soon
