Single roller chain

Single roller chain
I'm putting together a 402 iron LS1 which will be used with an F1A in the future. I want to know if the LS2 HD single roller timing set will be enough. I'm looking to get 750 -800hp when its all said and done. Double rollers usually require spacers and grinding on the front cover and are sometimes not necessary. I only plan on revving to 6800 - 7000. Also, do you think a single would be good for longevity. Thank you.

It has been said time and time again....but the IRL (rain) chain from Cloyes is one of the best single roller chains around as well as the C5R chain. We have the last remaining stock of the IRL chains here at scoggin posted around in a few threads. we sell them individually or with the hex -a- just timing chain kit. the whole kit is a little pricey at 339.95 but def the last single roller set you should ever need. They are fully adjustable in quite a few different ways. Just 2 of the better options avail
