I got pulled over for "you dont have a front tag and some sweet soundin' pipes".

He heard the cam no doubt, but I did cut it off and did get the no front tag ticket.

i've been pulled over few times after i've done my cam. Since i still run my stock mufflers with a electric cutout, cops doesn't really notice that im cammed. with an open cutout thats a different story hahah. but recently i got pulled over by a local cop who knew that i was cammed (even through my stock mufflers). good thing that the cop is a fellow ls1 enthusiast and has a 98 ss with a single turbo 408. he let me go.
