I wanted something a little bit bigger and something that will work well with about a 100-250 shot. But I do want to be able to drive it on the street a little bit, maybe 100 miles a year.
Is this cam size right up my alley for what I am trying to do?

I would like for the car to be in the 9.90-10.0 range on motor. I want to pick up a tenth or two. What should I do to reach this goal?

Will this cam selection help me reach my goals of picking up two tenths? 245/256 .643"/.648" lift on a 111lsa+4, comp SP/RP lobes. VS my T-rex 242/248 on a 110lsa.
I know there are a lot of varibles but I want to pick up two tenths and have a cam that works well on motor and spray. I want my cake and eat it too. LOL.

It seems like you have ample intake valve clearance - what would you anticipate the results might be from dialing in some additional advance with an adjustable timing set on your existing cam? Certainly a larger split doesn't hurt, but how much larger do you need to run for a "100-250 shot"?

Very good question Hammertime. I have an adj timing set on the motor. But I really do not see that picking up enuff power the reach my goal of going 2 tenths faster. That is kinda why I wanted to put another cam in it. To see if I could pick up enuff power.

More duration or lift on the exhaust?
We are going to start with a 100 shot and by mid to late season work our way up to a 250. If everything holds together and the car will still take more, I may add a second stage over the next winter. But I really can't say that right now. The car may not even like the 250 shot. It may need training wheels. But I think that is gay on a street driven car. LOL.
