yeah headers and heads are 2 completely different things. i think you might need to do some reading before you start trying to slap headers on the top of your motor

lmao of at "god replay"

anyway, dude all that **** is what is "best for you" and especially for your budget. so many different combo's give you different driving characteristics, not to mention if you want all the best **** your looking at spending at least 5 grand, and with supporting mods to go along with all those things such as intake, exhaust, tune, drivetrain upgrades to handle it your over 10....

hell just being an auto or standard can greatly affect what components you should choose. we dont have the slightest clue what you want your car to do so without that info we cant tell you. honestly, and this isnt a "god replay" either..... even though it seems like it.... you are gonna have to research this stuff to see what you want. there is no majic answer, if you want to just plainly know what the best parts are..... buy the most expensive **** you can find, then youll be close enough.

It's a matter of opinion.. but some of the better components are American Racing Headers, AFR and TFS and WCCH Edelbrock heads and a custom cam ground to meet your driving requirements. We can help you make the right decisions but one of the first things you need to do is set a budget.

soooo did you look into AFR at all, or did you just pick the name you liked best?

no recommendations people will make at this point will be extremely useful as you haven't stated your budget, goals, current mods, etc.

blanco made some good suggestions, but if you don't know what you want/need, knowing what brands are good won't help

We need to look at budget and goals as well. How much do you have to spend and what kind performance are you looking for.

Is it a daily driver your looking to make faster but wont really see the drag strip that much or are you looking for a car to run every weekend at the strip?

The others are right about what they are saying, goals and budget are the two things to look at. We can take it from there.

For fitment and performance for a daily driver and a decent budget on a 346 I like ARH 1 3/4 headers and AFR 205's with a cam matched for your application. Thats about the least expensive of the premium. TFS are good as well but more money and require rockers.. which are more money as well.
pm me and I can get you pointed in the right direction

Is the car stock? If it is, you're going to need some supporting mods. We still need some kind of budget as well as knowing if it's a4/m6.

IMO I would say get rid of the catback and get a better flowing one. Anything but that one and anything that can buy at midas or maxi. Heads, Cam, LS6 intake or Fast intake unless you have an LS6 intake on your car, STS turbo kit or supercharger and 100 to 150 shot of nitrous. Also seeing your an M6 you will need 4.10 gears and suspension upgrades to get that thing to hook pretty good and if your an good driver you should be able to hit that mark. Does anyone think I pointed him in the right direction or have anything to add???
