Big Stuff Three with 2 step and a dedenbear lighting delay box to dial in the 60 ft.s and 330's to hook all that power unless the BS3 can do all that which I think it already can.
That should get you running low 9's high 8's.

Do a 434ci to keep the stroke at 4"...4.155 bore. You can spray that thing with a 300 shot for years and years. Should make close to 1,000+ RWHP on the spray. And drive around great for a daily driver.
