I would say get ARP head studs, then if you ever switch heads, you don't have to worry about coolant in the bolt holes, and it's a lot easier

Not trying to spend $400 on head studs, just some quality bolts.

I am not in the office today so I don't heve the exact part number. I believe it is a 134-3610 (I think). I can double check this on Monday. oh and yes they will work just fine using L92 heads on your 6.0 block!!

You are not supposed to "reuse" head bolts. They are torque to yield bolt so when you tighten them they stretch to have an elastic effect to pull the heads to the block. Once you tighten a torque to yield bolt once, it is unsafe to pull them off and retighten them again. That is why head studs are great, you can reuse them. Plus head studs have a better clamping effect than a bolt.

ARP head bolts can be reused just as their studs can. The torque to yield bolts are GM. As long as you are using ARP you can reuse them.

Are ARP bolts just normal bolts then?

They are quality bolts with high tensile strength. I'm not sure what a "normal" bolt is, but if you mean non TTY then yes, they are normal.
