Yeah TB opens all the way.. checked that and plugs are in all the way.. Otherwise it would have shown when we tuned it.. All the simple things have been checked. Just a mystery as to why I get less of a figure.. Oh well I'll keep working on the problem. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Something is wrong with that cam. did you get it direct from comp with the grind of the can written on the end?

The dyno shop said you might have valve train issues. They might have seen in the dyno graph. Like alot of people have said start with the push rods. If Predator Z and Patrick G both say that is where to start its where I would be starting. Then make sure you dont have a cylinder that is not firing. Whether its a bad plug, wire, connection etc.
I would also take the time to double check that you didnt accidently reinstall the factory cam. Should be as easy as looking at the one you have laying around from the install.

I havent seen anyone mention a leak down or compression test yet.

And the wagon is pretty cool. Just work through the little problems and I bet it gets fixed.

Theoretically could be a bad grind or the wrong cam for the box. Any company that makes a product is going to screw up. It happens.
