A few do, more common when the LS1 first came out and there was a lack of aftermarket adjustable sets. I really like the hex-adjust because you don't have to break down the degree wheel and lose all your positions every time you want to adjust the timing.

I think drilling and installing a bushing is much easier than changing the sprocket out. just a thought
