If you do go to Sears, the aluminum low profile jack from Craftsman is GARBAGE.

Bought one for my dad and it blow the seals lifting up the BACK of our 2600# race car and im pretty sure its rated to 2 tons or more.

and those are my heads sitting underneath it. now if i didn't trust those jackstands that haven't moved in 6 months i wouldn't have put my **** under the car. their grinders may suck but i've never had a problem with their jack or jackstands, usually it's someone ******* around with something or not maintaining it properly is when something ***** up. to each his own though

didnt the jack stands go on sale? now they're $20 i thought they were like $30 a week ago...

and you mentioned the jack was going to go on sale on the 14th or something? do i need a coupon or will it just be on sale?
