GW: As I said on ls1.com.. Customer service is a TWO Way street, you should know since you are in business yourself.

After weeks went by, you cried on ls1.com numerous times before even attempting to contact me or one of my staff members. Then your first instinct was to get nasty with me after ls1.com moderators removed your attacking posts. I told you I'd be happy to work something out, but you were an a$$ from the start of the whole matter and then didn't respond after a while so we figured you dropped this matter. On top of that, the first thing you said on ls1.com is that you bought brand new heads from us and you got them and they were used , which I had a great laugh about.

Bottom Line: Be a gentleman, especially since you bought these through your business, to me and I will be very kind in return. Ask some of the members of ls1/ls1tech.com that have bought from us, any screwups (Not many!) on our end have been taken care of quite well in the past when the customer is not downright nasty. I did not lie about the heads, they were used for a little over 36,000 miles and I said they were used condition and definitely not perfect.

So now that you have cried and still want to stir up trouble months after, you're not going to see anything further from my company because you do not deserve it. I'm sure if I ask many of our satisfied customers they will jump in and verify that we are great to our customers and take care of any problems asap.

And this is my final word to you on this matter. This thread was not designed to be a 'bash TTP' thread by you, it was posted by an individual looking for an engine builder.

- Matt

My thread was 'removed' from LS1.com as 'standard procedure' to allow the vendor, you, and the buyer (myself) a chance to 'resolve' this.

Fact. I made 1 post in 'Buyer Feedback' about my transaction and the pictures of the heads as shown above.

Fact. There were 2 PM's on LS1.com in which I asked for assistance on this issue that were not responded to.

Fact. There have been 3 calls left on your shop phone, again, none of which were responded to. Am I nasty at this point? You betcha. I've tried the nice route prior to now, and its gotten me nowhere.

I told you I'd be happy to work something out, but you were an a$$ from the start of the whole matter and then didn't respond after a while so we figured you dropped this matter. I never said they were new heads, never tried to buy new heads, but properly packaged and shipped would be a nice step. Respond to the pictures above, they're worth a thousand words. Explain how *I* am in the wrong for packaging them poorly and damaging them?

Bottom Line: (snip)

...you're not going to see anything further from my company because you do not deserve it.
I see what your bottom line is Matt, as do others now. I believe in giving a person rope, and he'll either join and we'll all pull together or they'll take it and hang themselves. The reality is that yes, I'm still made 3 months later because it seems that you can't move any faster than 'months' at a time.

I think some valid questions have been asked about shipping etc but it seems to me that the damaged heads specifics should be posted in the Buyer/Seller feedback forum for resolution not in z28hokies engine builder thread.

Another recommendation for CARTEK and they're WAY LESS than 500 miles (probably less than 200) from DC...and they're also a loyal sponsor of this board.
