how can you tell if the valve stems are solid valves of hollow/sodium filled other than it came out of a z06? What is the difference in performance? and is it worth the swap?

pull an intake and exhaust valve and weigh them up. they should be around 70 grams for the intake and 65 or so on the exhaust. the more weight you can trim from the valve side of the valvetrain the more stability you'll have in the upper rpms assuming the correct spring pressure

i weigh mine on a baking scale. also true ls6 valves are taller so you can achieve proper ls6 spring specs. i think the sodium filled ex valves are a good choice for high compression, boost, and n20.
