Default cam recommendations?

hey guys i'm looking for a cam but am new to the whole science of it. i thought maybe you guys could recommend some cause i'm still learning. its going to be a cam only car. i already have pacesetter headers, no cats, flowmaster cat back, p+p stock tb, asp pulley, bbk ssi intake, comp push rods and a tune. the stock heads are staying, i'll be changing the valve springs. i'd like something to get me to about 400 rwhp, make max power by 6200-6400 rpm and not have terrible street manners. the car is a m6 with a moser 9" also with 3.89 gears. thanks guys i appreciate any input. you'll be helping my addiction to power and more speed!

The EPS lobes seem to be putting up strong #'s in the dyno section on here but are easy enough on springs you can run beehives. I would talk to Geoff at EPS.

Both statements are some of the best I have seen in a long time.
