I have the T-rex in mine vic jr. carb intake runs good power starts to fall off at 6600 runs to 7000 fast kinda hard to shift it lol

I would look at springs. If you are running ls6 springs on an after market cam you may have to much lift for them. What are the specs on your cam?

I would say valve springs

Dont no anything about hp# but my friend brandon has a GMC with stock ls6 short block with t2 cam for injected setup and gm carb intake, some bobo patriot ls6 heads taking it up to 7k rpm's running 6.8's in 1/8th mile so thats high 10's.

I didnt literally mean problem as in it 'wont run problem', I meant it is not making the power it should.

That truck in the the vid doesnt look like its running 6.8's to me...if so I wouldve thought they would show the ET for such a "mild" setup? Clean truck though.

youtube cut it off the video for some reason. That 2nd pass was a 1.5ft 6.50 pass to be exact. he was trying out the nitrous.
