howards springs?

1.)hi everyone i was at an auto show and picked up a packet of products from a company called" howards cams"....i was wondering if anyone is familiar with their product....im going to be getting new valve springs soon and they have double valve springs O.D. 1.290/ I.D. .830/ open pressure 125@1.800/ closed pressure 355@1.150/ rate 340/ coil bind 1.100......and i can get a set brand new for $155 thats the best price i have found.....anyone know this company and is for or against it?
2.) also any recommedations on springs with budget in mind yet want a product in my motor that is realiable? thanks..
3.) right now i have patriot gold dual race springs good to 650 lift....563/563 cam in it with 20k on the springs and cam underate a mix of driving conditions (track/cruising/hotroding/city driving...little bit of everything)...wondering when i should change spring?s...thanks

Where did you find the springs for $155 ? Are you using these with stock LS1 Heads ?

Howards Cams have been around since the early 60s and maybe the late 50s...they are a "Old School" company for sure....don't know much about them now but they used to be one of the best in the business back in the day.
