PCM Trouble.
If it's a cam sensor, it should still start after a longer then normal cranking period.
You could take a plug wire off a spark plug. Grab a spark plug and lay it on top of something aluminum or steel. Have someone try and crank it over and see if you get any spark. If not, be sure and check all your fuses. If there all good, your going to have to find a way to interface with it to see if your getting a cranking signal and other information while it's cranking.
The ECM's are pretty water tight so I doubt that's it, but anything can happen.
