That's a lot of cam for mild ported 317 heads and an LS6 intake. What size valves?? What is the purpose of the vehicle gonna be? Street/strip? And what percentage of each?

It would really like bigger heads. I have 2.055"/1.60" Cartek 5X heads on my 421 which I think started as a 243 casting. Throttle body??.....BIG .

If the heads aren't milled, you can probably mill them down for a good bump in compression too.

Nice.
I dont think the camshaft is best for nitrous, but I could be wrong. Id contact comp, and hope you get some one who knows what they talking bout. A custom ground cam for those heads, compression ratio, intake and nitrous is somthing you will have to research.
What kind of car does it go in. You can purchase a Super Victor intake manifold, converted already to fuel injection, with Edlebrock 90degree elbow and Edlbrock [90somthing] millimeter throttle body, for $750.00.
OR you could upgrade your intake to a F.A.S.T. manifold, for $1100.00 intake only, and let me purchase the LS6
